How to make biryani
Ingredients
- Rice 1 cup
- water for soaking rice
- water 2 cup
- chicken 1 kg
- salt 2 teaspoon
- red chilli 2 teaspoon
- zeera 1 teaspoon
- daar cheeni 1 -2 pieces
- garam masala 1 teaspoon
- onion 1 medium size
Recipe
On one side first cook chicken and while soak rice for 30 minutes. Then first fry the onion and give them brown colour then put salt and red chilli into it. add a small amount of water and keep on mixing. Then put other masalas and cook for 5 mins then add rice and 2 cups of water and cook for 10 mins until when all water in the rice gets dry. Then close it with a lid and put a bowl full of water on it. So that no air from your pan finds a chance to go out. The flame should be low. After 20 mins Biryani will be ready.
