How to make KFC Style Zingeratha

I am Sadia and welcome to cooking with Sadia kitchen. Today
I brought another new and yummy recipe. So let’s ready my team and start to
cook and for that, you need to first prepare ingredients you need to know the
name of the recipe first. So let me tell you the name of my new recipe and the name
of our today’s yummy and delicious dish is KFC Style Zingeratha. So for making
spicy and tasty zingeratha we need to make the dough first and we will use that
dough for making paratha. So let’s go toward buying ingredients first. Hurry up
ladies go to the grocery store because we need to make today’s lunch. I am
waiting for you. I think you are back so let’s start our work. Come to my
kitchen with me and bring your grocery items also.
Ingredients:
So the ingredients we need to make dough are:
- Plain flour 2 cup
- Oil 1tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Warm water as required
Recipe for making dough
Put salt in plain flour and mix it. Now add oil and mix it
also. I want to add a point here you can also use ghee instead of oil but I am
using oil and for plain flour, you can also use 1 cup of wheat flour and 1 cup
of plain flour but I am using 2 cups of plain flour for making my KFC Style zingeratha.
Oil will help paratha to be soft. We are using warm water because in winter
making dough using cold water will make plain flour hard which will in return
make hard dough. We will make dough for about five minutes. The plain flour
dough becomes soft so easily that’s why we need to handle water carefully and
avoid using too much water because this will cause our paratha to break. Now we
will put this dough aside for fifteen minutes. Meanwhile, we will ready our
chicken for making zingeratha. So first of all we will need ingredients:
Ingredients for chicken:
- Boneless chicken ½ Kg
- Garlic Powder ½ tsp
- Salt tsp
- Ginger powder ½ tsp
- Black Pepper powder1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp.
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
Recipe
First of all, I have cut boneless chicken into fine cubes and
another important point is that you can use fresh ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
instead of ½ tsps. Powder. Now we will marinate the chicken, First of all, add
vinegar to the chicken, second salt then garlic powder, Cumin powder, Black pepper
powder, and then ginger powder. Now we will mix it . We are done mixing. Now we
will put the chicken aside for some time and meanwhile we will prepare imli chtnee.
So the ingredients for imli chtnee are:
Ingredients for chtnee:
- Tamarind pulp 1 Cup
- Chili flakes 1/4 tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Ginger powder ¼ tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp.
Recipe
We made imli pulp by taking ½ cup imli and putting water in it and then separating seeds from the mixture. So the remaining mixture will be our pulp. Now we will put on the flame and put the pan on the stove. We will first add the pulp to the pan and then start adding all the ingredients one by one. First add sugar, red chili flake, salt, ginger powder, and last but not least paprika powder. Now we will cook it on medium flame until it gets thick. Our chtnee is ready we will serve it in the plate. And now we need to ready mayo sauce. For making this sauce we need ingredients:
Ingredients For mayo sauce:
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Green chili 2
- Some mint leaves
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Vinegar 1 tsp
Recipe
Now first of all we will grind green chili and mint leaves.
Then we will add it into mayonnaise and will put vinegar and salt in mayonnaise
also and will mix it well. Our mayo sauce is also ready.
Coating for Chicken:
In this step, we will do coating of the chicken. For this we
need:
- Plain flour as you required
- Cold water
- And marinated chicken
- Process of coating
We will take one chicken peace, coat it in plain flour and
then put it in cold water. Now we will put the second peace in water and will take
out the first piece and put it in the plain flour and then will put this first
piece on the plate. We will keep on doing it for all pieces of chicken. Put oil in a pan and heat this oil. Then we will fry these pieces on medium flame. We will
fry it until it turns light golden brown. Now we will mix it by light hand in the pan.
Chicken is ready. We will take out Crispy chicken pieces from the pan and will
put them on a plate with butter paper placed on the plate.
Final Recipe :
Our dough is ready. Now we will make spheres from the dough. We will take one sphere and we will thin it like a paratha shape and we will put it on heated Tawa. Flame is medium. Now we will put oil on it to make it paratha.
Now we will make our zingeratha from the above-prepared materials. First of all, we will put butter paper in a large plate and then we will put the paratha on it and then we will put mayo sauce on paratha, then we will put a small layer of imli chtnee because we need to put it on above also Now we will put zinger crispy chicken on paratha and then we will again put chtnee, then again one layer of mayo sauce and at the end put sliced onions onto the chicken. Now we will roll it. Our tasty and yummy zingeratha is ready. It is full of taste. A delicious dish is ready. Now it is time to serve it.
