Chinese Paratha Recipe

Welcome to my blog. I hope you all are doing great. Today we brought a very healthy dish. The important thing about our today’s dish is that it can be best for breakfast. You should always eat something healthy in breakfast. That’s why it is best choice for you. But before revealing name of our today’s dish let me tell you something that if you want to share picture of your latest cooking then share it with me on Instagram and if you want to suggest me any dish. Then you can suggest to me in comment section or on my Instagram I will soon share recipe of your favourite dish. So today we are going to make Chinese paratha. Let us go to the ingredient section.

Ingredients:

So let we make chinese paratha. The ingredients that we need to make this Chinese paratha are:

  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Plain flour 2 cup
  • Water as required

Recipe:

 We will put salt in plain flour and mix it. Then add oil in it. Then put small quantity of water in it in steps and mix it well. We will knead it for about 1 to 2 minutes. Now after kneading it we will leave it for fifteen minutes by covering it.

Now we will ready filling:

  • Chicken boiled and shredded 2 cup
  • Cabbage 2 cup chopped
  • Carrot 1 chopped
  • Capsicum 2 chopped
  • Egg 1
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Castershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 2 chopped
  • Oil as required

We will take a pan and then we will on the flame. We will put 4 tbsp of oil in pan and then add garlic in it. After lightly frying it we will add cabbage in it. Then add carrot and capsicum and now we will fry these vegetables on medium flame. Now we will add shredded chicken in it now. We will put flame low. Now we will add soya sauce, chili sauce, castershire sauce, salt and black pepper powder. Now we will mix all things well. Now our filling is ready. We will off the flame. We will put it aside for cooling it.

Now our dough is ready. We will take it out of the bowl and then we will cut it into two pieces. Add we will mix egg with the help of mixer. And we will make our dough flat but before doing that we will dust plain flour on the surface. Now we will brush egg on it so that our filling will stick to dough. Now we will put stuffing in it. Now we will cover it from both side till we reach center then we will brush egg on it and then we will put other two sides on center and then we will press it lightly. Now our tawa is ready and then we will put our Chinese paratha on tawa and again press it lightly. Then put oil along its sides and then change paratha sides and then lightly press it. Again, change its sides. Press it. OK so our delicious Chinese paratha is ready. Similarly, we will make our second paratha. It is also ready. So now cut it. Yummy and crispy Chinese paratha is ready. We can serve it with ketchup or any chutnee like mint chutnee etc. But I like it with ketchup so I am going to serve it with ketchup. You can also use whatever you want. So, you must try it once. You can use it daily because it is full of taste and also it comes in category of healthy food because it has chicken in it.
