How to make gol gappay

Ingredients

  • maida                         250 grams
  • zeera                          half teaspoon
  • oil                              for frying
  • hari mirch                  as required
  • dhanya                       as required
  • red chili powder        half teaspoon
  • channay                     250 g
  • ghee                          1 tablespoon 

Recipe

Boil chickpeas (channa). knead (ghoondnaan) salt and maida with the help of oil.mix zeera in the flour. After kneading give it a circle shape like bread. Now use glass to cut it in circles fry it put a mixture of masala and channa into it now it is ready.
