How to make nargisi kofta

and delicious recipe. It is a little different from usual recipes so you all will
like this new recipe I tried it before and it was completely unbelievable.
You can use this recipe on special occasions like Eid,
Weddings, or gatherings. Your guests will also like this recipe and will say wow
who made it. They will soon ask you about the recipe and you will recommend
them. So results of this recipe are unbelievable and another thing I want to

name of this dish is Nargisi Kofta. First of all, we will make Koftas. So the
ingredients we need to make koftas are present in the grocery store. First, go to
the store and buy the ingredients.
Ingredients:
So let’s prepare koftas. First of all, you all go to the grocery
store and buy these ingredients. Quickly, I am waiting for you, my dear mothers
and sisters:
- Beef Mince ½ Kg
- Green chili 4
- Onion ½ (chopped)
- Garlic ginger paste 1 tsp
- Green Coriander 1 tbsp. (chopped)
- Chickpea flour 2tbsp
- Turmeric powder ¼ tbsp.
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp.
- Gram Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp (you can also take it according to your taste)
- Egg 4 (boiled)
Now come back ladies to your homes quickly. So that we will start

Recipe:
I am going to share a very easy recipe with you ladies because
seeing my dish picture many of you will say it is difficult but I will assure
you it is not difficult at all. So let’s start with the recipe:
Step 1
First of all, bring your choppers. This is the first and the
most important utensil that we need for making nargisi koftas. Add the meat to
the chopper. Then add ginger garlic paste into the chopper, next bring chopped
onion and put in the chopper, then bring green chilies and break them from halves
and put I n the chopper. Now keep on adding the remaining ingredients in the same sequence.
Add chickpea flour, then salt and then the turmeric powder. We are left with
powders let’s put them also. So put red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin
powder, Gram masala powder, and last but not least chopped green coriander.
Now we will chop them all. It is chopped very well Now take it out on a plate.
Step 2
In the second step, we will prepare its nargisi koftas. First, soak your hands in water due to that the mixture will not attach to your hands.
So take some from the mixture and also take a boiled egg. Put the mixture layer on the
egg so that layer will cover the whole egg. Do the same procedure to make all
koftas. We will meet in the next step.
Step 3
We will make something else for these koftas you can also
call it curry for koftas. So let’s buy ingredients for this also. The
ingredients that you need are:
- Tomato 2 (chopped)
- Onion 2 (chopped)
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Oil 2 cup
- Green chili 4
- Green Coriander 2 tbsp. (chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp (you can also take it according to your taste)
Step 4
First, take a pan and put oil into it. Heat the oil and then
put onions into the pan. On high flame give onions pinkish color. Now when the onion
will get fried, then we will add garlic ginger paste to it. Mix it well. Then
add chopped tomatoes to this same pan and mix well on medium flame. Then add
salt, next is turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix well. Then add one cup of water and mix it well and leave it on a medium flame for five minutes. We will
softly mash tomatoes in the pan, then add yogurt, and then add nargisi kofta in the pan
and will cook on high flames for almost 2 minutes. We will keep on shaking the pan
so that kofta will not get burnt, then change the side of koftas and then add 2 cups
of water in a pan and put lid on the pan and then cook for four minutes on medium to
low flame. And now we will cook it for 2 minutes on high flame. And then we
will add ½ cup of water. Now we will add green chili and green coriander
above it in the pan. Now add gram masala powder and mix it well. Now we will cover
it with the lid for five minutes on medium to low flame. Now our dish is ready.
We will take it out. First, we will take out koftas Now we
will cut them Then we will take out curry in the dish. Next, we will put koftas on
curry and now we will put green chili and green coriander on these koftas. Our
nargasi koftas are ready. Ladies, you must try this recipe on the coming occasion.
