How to make charsi mutton karahi

It does not mean those who don’t love spices need to not cook today. They can use and control the spices of today’s dish. So let’s stop the surprise and let me welcome our dish name. So today we are going to make Charsi Mutton Karahi Street style. So today we are going to our grocery store to buy ingredients so let’s go but before going let me tell you an important thing don’t forget to tell me the name of your favorite dish in the comment section. The name of this karahi type became famous because of its taste. There are a few important things that make this dish unique and make it different from other types of karahi. After today you will make only this type of karahi because it does not disturb your healthy lifestyle. It is a completely balanced diet karahi with an amazing ingredient black pepper. So let’s go to buy groceries:

Ingredients:

So the ingredients you need to make this recipe are:

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Garlic ginger paste 2 tbsp.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp.
  • Garam masala 1 tbsp.
  • Salt as per taste
  • Green chili 3

Recipe:

Step 1

So we will use half a cup of oil and will fry mutton. Because mutton leaves its own water when being cooked so we do not need to add extra oil to cook mutton. It will get easily cooked with its own water. First of all, we will take a pan and will put oil in the pan. Then we will add mutton and will fry mutton lightly. We do not need to fry it too much just normal fry is alright before adding further ingredients.

Step 2

 Now we will add garlic ginger paste to it. We will add a small amount of water to cook the mutton. Then we will add two glasses of water to the pan and will cook the mutton for half hour. So water is about to dry. Then we will add tomatoes to it. This recipe is so quick just it needs time when mutton will get cooked. Now our mutton is giving good color.

Step 3

 Now we will cut chili and will sprinkle on mutton means in the pan while cooking and then we will add salt in the pan. Putting green chili in food when cooking makes food tasty. It enhances the overall taste of food. We will use salt as required. Now we will stop mixing but the flame will remain on. Then we will put tomatoes on it and we will cover it for five minutes on low flame. Now mix it again Wow I can smell the essence of green chili Let me know in the comment section who loves it like me. I really love this smell. There is something very different about this dish that makes it different from other dishes. It does not require onions but those people who love onion like I love the green chili smell, can also add small size onion but this is quite a different recipe so I am going to enjoy it without using onion. Now let’s open the lid. Wow, yummy and tasty look.

Step 4

But our tomatoes are not ready yet. So let’s wait for it for another ten minutes. Now we will separate peels of tomatoes using spoons. But if you feel it difficult then you can use peeled tomatoes in karahi means you can separate peels of tomatoes before adding them to a karahi. This will help you to protect yourself from getting burnt. If you are a beginner in cooking then you use the second method but if you are an expert then use the first method. Now mix it well. We will add black pepper powder to it. We have not used red chili powder in it this is another unique point of this karahi.

Step 5

Now we will mash tomatoes. We will also add garam masala in it to enhance its taste and smell. We have used a small amount of oil due to which this karahi will be light karahi. Wow, it has so beautiful smell. Now our chrsi mutton karahi is ready. Now we will dish it out. So today’s dish is ready.
