How to make reshmi kabab karahi

Today’s recipe is best for those who love kabab and also for those who love to eat any kind of karahi because we are making reshmi kabab karahi today. Ingredients:

The ingredients we need to make reshmi kabab karahi are:

  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Onion 1 (Grated)
  • Garlic ginger paste 1 tbsp.
  • Green Chili Powder 1tsp
  • Almond Powder 1tbsp
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp.
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp.
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp

These are the ingredients that we need to make kabab and we will use coal to give smoke to kababs.

Recipe:

Now we will mix all the above ingredients in chicken mince. First, we will add onion in qeema, garlic ginger paste, almond powder black pepper powder, white pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, green chili powder, salt, gram masala powder, and last but not least we will add cream in it. Now we will mix it well. Then we will take seekh and then we will use oil on our hands to avoid the qeema mixture getting attached to our hands and then we will take some qeema and will make its balls and then we will put it on seekh. We have added cream to it so now our reshmi kabab will be so soft. Almond powder also helps in its softness. Now we will give it an elongated shape and then we will take it out of seekh. We will put it on the plate. Now all soft kababs are ready. We will lightly steam our kababs now. Take a pan and put flame medium to low and now place kababs in the pan. Kababs are so soft so carefully put them in the pan. Now cover the pan for two minutes. After two minutes we will change the side of the kabab and again steam by covering the lid for two minutes. We just need to heat it a little so that they get set. If we add them in masala without steaming them then they will break. That’s why we steamed them. Now our kababs are ready and we will give them coal smoke now. First put coal for heating on the stove. Then put the kabab in the pan and use foil and put coal on foil that was placed above the kababs. Now add oil to coal. Cover the lid until smoke vanishes. Now the smoke has vanished our kababs are ready.

 

Ingredients for making masala

  • Onion 2 (chopped)
  • Tomatoes 3 (chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger (chopped)
  • Green chili 2 (chopped)

Recipe:

This recipe is so easy. You don’t need to do so much effort but the taste of the dish will be delicious. Take a pan. Put on flame. Add ½ cup oil to a pan and then add onion and fry them lightly to make them light golden brown. Now add garlic ginger powder to the pan and mix it well. Then add cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder to it. Mix it well and then add tomatoes then salt and then mix it well on medium flame. Then add 1 cup of water to it and leave it on the stove for five to ten minutes on medium flame. Now after 10 minutes onions and tomatoes are soft. Now we will mash them with the help of a masher. Masala of karahi is dominant. So we will not mash them so much. Now we will add kababs in masala and mix them well. Then after mixing we will add ½ cup of water to it and leave it to get cooked for ten minutes on medium to low flame. Now after ten minutes our karahi is ready. Now we will add gram masala powder to it. Now sprinkle green chili and ginger chopped in length. Now put off the flame and we will dish out it in another karahi because of its name which says it is karahi. Now it is done we will put ginger on it and also green chili chopped.
